Presentation guidelines
1. Keynote talks
  • Each keynote speaker will give a 30-minute talk with 10-minute Q&A.
2. Plenary talks
  • Each plenary speaker will give a 25-minute talk with 5-minute Q&A.
3. Oral presentation
  • The oral presentation will last for 20 minutes, where 15 minutes will be given to the speakers for presentation followed by 5 minutes for Q&A.
  • Presenters are requested to provide their presentations in .pdf or .ppt format to the conference organizer help desk at least 15 minutes before the start of the session.
  • Session chairs and presenters are requested to be available in their respective rooms at least 15 minutes before the start of the session.
  • The session moderator will coordinate transitions between presentations to keep the session on time.
4. Poster presentation
  • For posters presented, please prepare a printed poster: the recommended size is A1, portrait format (59.4 x 84.1 cm).
  • Posters should be set up on the first day (December 8, 2022) within the morning session and the presentation day will be indicated on the conference agenda.
  • The scientific committee will select appropriate posters for a short 3-minute oral presentation called ‘Flash Talk’.
